WAY COOL STUDENT! 6th grade Geography class students have been completing an Interactive Notebook on Russia. One of the pages students must complete has a list of 8 different activities the students can pick from and Teia Saunsoci chose to make a Russian dish. Today she brought in Russian Blinis for her class to try, along with whipped cream and strawberries (very similar to the crepe). The students were able to enjoy a dish that they wouldn't normally be able to try.

The 6th graders took their class trip to AMC Theaters in Sioux City to watch Ugly Dolls. After, students were able to enjoy their lunch at Freedom Park in South Sioux City. Mrs. Nieman and Ms. Beezley would like acknowledge their awesome behavior! They proudly represented themselves, their school, and their community.
