Our elementary Culture Keeper awards were passed off this morning. Mrs. Collins chose Mrs. Gorman for her love of our students. She also spoke about how helpful Mrs. Gorman is with helping students understand new ways of doing something. Mrs. Pippitt chose Linda Calvillo for all of the help she provides as a school nurse. Linda not only helps the students, but she always looks after the staff as well. These two winners make our school great!

Ms.Nichols' class conducted research on a person from History. The students each wrote a biography about their chosen person and then created a comic strip about that person's life. These were sent to a book publisher who published History Comic by Ms. Nichols 5th Grade Class.
