On Wednesday, January 9th, from 4-6pm we are inviting all community members to a presentation and community meal. School District Attorney, Bobby Truhe, with KSB Law, will speak to the community about cyber bullying, sexting, and online predators. We hope to see you there!
One of our after-school club opportunities is the engineering/STEM club. We have partnered with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to host engineering opportunities for our elementary and middle school students. They always have so much fun!

Below are photos of the lifeskills holiday open house. The students in Ms. Hoesly’s classroom hosted fun holiday activities for their peers to come participate in. They made ornaments, decorated cookies, enjoyed hot chocolate and played pin the nose on Rudolph!

2nd Annual White Eagle Club Pow Wow Set for December 31st
Three times a year, the reading and math skills of our elementary students are assessed to see if students are making progress. Your child will be assessed sometime between January 8th- January 10th. Please make sure they have adequate sleep the week of January 7-11. Thank you!

The basketball contests tonight will be boys only versus the West Monona Spartans and will be played in Macy. The JV boys will play at 6PM and the boys varsity will follow. Go Chiefs!
Elementary students will be taking the Winter MAP testing session from December 10-20. Please see the image below for more details. Each student will be taking the letter home tonight. Please help our students by making sure they get a good night sleep during this time.
We want to welcome all parents and guardians to our Winter Music Concert. There will be music, singing, and refreshments. The concert will start at 2pm, on December 7th, in the new gym. Students can be checked out from their classrooms upon completion of the concert.
