Off-season conditioning for all high school athletes will begin on Wednesday July 15th. The boys will meet at the football field from 4:30 to 5: 30p.m. and the girls will follow from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. All athletes and their parents or guardians must sign a waiver before participating in conditioning sessions. Waivers can be picked up at the field before the session starts. All athletes must bring their own water bottle. Social distancing will be observed during conditioning.
