Off-season conditioning for all high school athletes will begin on Wednesday July 15th. The boys will meet at the football field from 4:30 to 5: 30p.m. and the girls will follow from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. All athletes and their parents or guardians must sign a waiver before participating in conditioning sessions. Waivers can be picked up at the field before the session starts. All athletes must bring their own water bottle. Social distancing will be observed during conditioning.

PHYSICALS: ALL Students entering Kindergarten and 7th Grade are required to have a school physical for the 2020-2021 school year. SPORTS PHYSICALS Students entering 7th and 9th Grade that are participating in sports are required to have a sports physical for the 2020-2021 school year. Students entering 8, 10, 11, 12 grades participating in sports and have a sports physical from last year do not need a new sports physical
