Monthly Award Winners for our paraeducators/job coaches!
The "Leg-Up" Award is awarded to a paraeducator/job coach who went above and beyond to serve a student or fellow staff member and deserves to be recognized. This month's "Leg-Up" Award winner is Brody Berkenpas!
The Self-Growth Award is for any paraeducator/job coach that achieves an accomplishment in their personal lives that deserves recognition. This month's award goes to Lacy Jones & Michelle Warner-Alley!

Parents and Senior Night
Today the middle school volleyball team will take on Bancroft-Rosalie at home. We will play 3 matches so all of the girls get a chance for playing time. We will start at 4:00. The middle school football game has been cancelled due to lack of participation in Siouxland Christian.
4th grade is studying VanGogh and learning to use chalk pastels. Today they made their own version of "Field with Crows"
Sports Announcements! Todays home middle school volleyball game against Tri-County will start at 3:00. The home JV and Varsity games will begin at 6:00.
Tomorrows away middle school football game has been cancelled by Siouxland Christian due to lack of participation.
UPDATE 2: We have received confirmation that there was a piece of equipment going offline that was causing the recent internet/phone interruptions at the school and other entities in the area. The technician has told us that that equipment has been taken out of the line and shouldn't be causing outages anymore.
UPDATE: Internet and phone services at the school building are back up. We've heard there is some possibility about a piece of equipment on the provider side going offline periodically that would be affecting the area, but nothing official. We're continuing to work with Network Nebraska and Fastwyre Broadband on investigating the issue.
UNPS is currently experiencing another internet and phone outage associated with the internet service provider. We're attempting to contact Fastwyre Broadband, formerly American Broadband to get this resolved as soon as possible but having issues with their offices being closed.
UPDATE: Phone service and internet appears to be restored at the moment. We haven't received any information regarding the root of the issue or if it will go down again yet, but at the moment we are back online for phone lines and internet transport. We will update if we lose service again or receive any news.
The school building is currently experiencing an internet and phone service outage which we believe is occuring at our provider level. We've contacted our internet service provider in order to have it resolved ASAP. This is affecting phone lines into the building, all internet service, and will stop us from livestreaming todays game until its resolved.
