On Thursday, October 5th, students participated in fun Homecoming activities in the new gym. There were tug o’ war contests between different classes and also the staff. There was also a double-elimination volleyball tournament. The staff swept both events, but everyone had a good time. Friday was scheduled for the pep rally and Homecoming parade before the Chiefs played Winnebago at home. The pep rally was great fun, but unfortunately the parade got rained out. Everyone got to go home early though, so no one was upset about that. The football game was wet and wild. Fumbles were a big factor as the Chiefs gave up a big W to the ‘Bago Indians.
