It was a great first game of the year for the Junior High football team. Last Friday night the UNPS Jr. Chiefs played against Winnebago. The team played hard and tried to put into practice everything they’d been working on in practice. Coach Nelson said, “I was happy with the effort of the players, and we know now what we have to work on.” Despite their best effort, the final score was 40-16.
